About the Role: We are entrepreneurs with flexible schedules, so we need caregivers who can also be adaptable. Shifts may include early mornings, long days, or late evenings as needed. We sometimes work from home and seek someone comfortable in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Engaging and caring for the children in a loving way. Light cooking and housekeeping related to them. Helping with daily routines and playtime. Ideal Candidate: Experienced with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Flexible, proactive, and patient. Comfortable with a fluid schedule and occasional last-minute changes. Trustworthy and truly enjoys working with children.
