Nanny 2 Days/week Plus Babysitting For 4 Month Old

Hi there! We're looking for a nanny 2 days a week for 4-5 hours (up to you) Tuesday & Thursday. Tuesdays could be anytime and Thursdays would be 1-4 or 5p. This will be a set schedule and ongoing. Baby girl is 3. 5 months old. We will be doing Ferber sleep training. We loosely follow eat, play, sleep during the day with no strict schedule. We would like someone who is also available for occasional babysitting on weekends or weeknights. Safe sleep is very important to us. She is exclusively formula fed. We have a camera in the living room & over her crib. We have one cat but can keep her in another room if needed. Given the number of hours this will be a payroll W2 position to be in compliance with CA tax laws through the agency. CPR certification, vaccines (TDAP, Covid, flu) & references are required.
