About the job
Hi there! We are looking for a "governess," who would act as a nanny and a teacher for our 3 homeschooled boys, all while keeping the house orderly and tidy, and who also shares our core Christian beliefs (given that the school curriculum includes Bible class). And someone willing to commute to Woodacre (we have an in-law unit and are open to a live-in situation). More about us: We have three boys, ages 10, 8, and 8 (twins). Two have ADHD. We homeschool. Because of an immigration issue, we just lost our nanny and are now scrambling trying to find new child care. SCHEDULE: Flexible. TEACHING EXPERIENCE: Not required. We plan the homeschool curriculum ourselves. We can also supplement with tutors as needed. CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE: Required (to know how to be firm and retain respect). CAR: Needed. Thank you!!
