A family in Marin is seeking a Nanny / Mother's Helper for a long-term partnership supporting their children's growth from infancy through school age years for their newborn. They also have a 4-year-old who will require care as well but will be in an all-day kindergarten program beginning in the fall. This role will evolve based on the baby's unique developmental pace and interests. The ideal candidate will create an enriching environment aligned with the family's values, integrating holistic development across physical, emotional, social, cultural, moral, and spiritual domains.

Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of private childcare experience with excellent verifiable references
Experience in Education, Child Development, or related field is nice to have but not required
Educational Requirements
Fluency in English
Fluency in French (nice to have but not required)
Qualifications
COVID-vaccinated + booster
TB and Tdap
CPR and First Aid Certified
Valid driver with clean record (family provides a vehicle for work-related driving)
Infant care experience
Familiarity with child development stages and/or multiple educational approaches (Montessori, RIE, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf)
Background in mindfulness practices
Musical abilities
Willingness to work alongside parents who work remotely from the home
Overnight travel is required
