About Us: We're two busy entrepreneurs building businesses we love, and we need a right-hand helper to support our kids, home, and flow. What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who is great with kids, values a calm and creative home environment, and can confidently step into a hybrid role of babysitter and light house manager. Key Responsibilities: - Provide care for our kids (3 and 7) - Homeschool activities - Outdoor play (e. g., park) - Occasional drop-offs/pickups - Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, folding laundry) - Run occasional errands (e. g., grocery store, post office) - Prep or assist with simple meals/snacks Ideal Candidate: - Has experience with children - Enjoys being active and creative with kids - Is dependable and kind - Has their own transportation - Is open to flexible hours that may increase
