We are looking for a 7:30 start time and you could leave whenever he goes down for his first nap, usually around 11-11:30. Ideally we'd love some flexibility if we ever needed more time or to switch days but we understand this is a dream scenario. We have a kitten in the home but you won't be responsible for anything other than childcare & child related cleaning (putting toys away, cleaning up food/art messes up, etc.)
