Nanny needed.

I have a 15-month-old who is the sweetest and so happy! Need someone caring, reliable and responsible to help me while I work from home and take meetings. I believe that tiny humans are real people and have interests, ideas and goals just like adults do. I believe they should be respected and talked to and cared for like you would anyone else in your family. She loves stickers! Coloring! Music and dancing. Clothes, shoes, her purse. Books! I love someone who lets my child lead (at this age anyways). She is so young and has so much energy and loves playing all day. I just want my nanny to be able to support her in her choices in playing. To think of fun games to play and keep her entertained and doing creative things together?
