About the job
My 4-year-old son needs a nanny that is not afraid to discipline him and keep him in line, respectfully. He needs an another authority figure in his life who is not his parents. Day time activities include: math, science, reading, writing (PreK level subject matter. That can be provided by the home but if you offer that service, we'll consider it). He is a very intuitive child that does well with appropriate guidance.
