We live in Walnut Creek, seeking a gentle, emotionally attuned mommy helper or nanny to support our home and slowly build trust with our sensitive 3-year-old daughter. Our daughter takes time to warm up to new people and thrives around calm, grounded energy. The role begins with household support (light tidying, dishes, laundry), and over time, transitions into more direct care once she feels comfortable. We value kindness, emotional intelligence, and spiritual presence (yoga, mindfulness, or conscious communication all welcome here). Ideal qualities: Calm, grounded, kind demeanor. Experience with sensitive toddlers. non reactive Spiritually minded or open to conscious parenting. Speaks Spanish or Finnish (or is open to learning key words)
