Hi there! Our family is looking for a part-time babysitter for our 17-month-old daughter. Both my husband and I work from home, but we'd appreciate some time to focus on work. She's energetic, happy, loves to run around, and enjoys spending time outside. She's at the age where she loves reading books, learning about animals, etc. Responsibilities: Basic care of our daughter (diapering, feeding, etc.) Planning age-appropriate activities to encourage learning Reading, playing, and outdoor time Tidying up play areas at the end of the day We are flexible with the working hours: Either 4-5 hours, 5 days a week, or we can discuss a monthly salary and agree on a flexible schedule throughout the month.
