Looking For A Nanny For 7 Month Old In Walnut Creek (22 Hours A Week)

I'm looking for an experienced nanny for my son who will be 7. 5 months old in January. We live in Walnut Creek off Rudgear and I work from home most days. We have two dogs, they will be with me up in my office during the day or running around in the backyard but you will need to be comfortable with big dogs. Looking for someone who will feel like an extension of our family and care for our son as if he were their own. The schedule could potentially be flexible for having Friday off instead of Wednesday off, will need to discuss further. Spanish speaking is a plus!
