Temporary Nanny/Mother's Helper Position In Walnut Creek

This position is a mix between a nanny and a mother's helper and is meant to cover a gap in care between grandmothers. The role will primarily involve supporting a new-again Mom with daily newborn care (including some 1:1 time with newborn while Mom naps, showers, etc.) and household duties (simple errands, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.) while Mom is home. The position may also involve acting as primary caregiver for older toddler (2 years old) in the event they have to stay home from daycare. For a successful caregiver, there is also potential to return in the Spring/Summer 2025 for a longer term position. Caregiver should be warm, caring, and reliable with experience in childcare and excellent references. Reliable transportation is a must. Caregiver must be comfortable with (very friendly!) dogs.
