Nanny Needed For 2 Boys In Vista

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 boys in Vista, ages 1 and 5. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping like dishes, boys laundry and general picking up toys when done playing with them. Our boys are active, love going to the park and playing outside, playing with trucks and cars, arts and crafts and games. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and comfortable using an Epi-pen should the need arise, and is comfortable with animals we have 2 anti-social cats.
