In Need Of A Great Nanny 4-5 Days A Week! :)

We are looking for a nanny to help with our son, who will be about 3-4 months old when I go back to work. We would love someone who has experience working with babies, is responsible, reliable, and overall just a caring person. Our last nanny felt like a part of our family. We would love if someone is able to start with us 1-2 days a week in the short term, and then can transition to 4-5 days when I officially go back to work. The hours would be roughly 8:00 ish in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon. The hours we can offer are between 30-35 hrs / week! My husband and I work from home a lot, so you would always have one of us around to help if needed! In addition to our son, we have a 2-year-old daughter that goes to school during the week. We are only looking for help with our son that will be at home.
