Our toddler enjoys being outside and when you sit and play with him, with his toys. Stimulation, talking, educational play. Be able to pick up and a toddler, prepare meals already prepared by myself. Stick to schedule and be able to easily move around to aid to toddler play. Yes, driveway parking. 2 dogs and 2 cats. Both dogs are between 60-70lbs Cats are average size.
