Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Vista.

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Vista. We have 2.5-year-old twins. We work from home so will be around but need someone to keep the kids entertained so we can do our work. Main job is primarily just playing with the kids, occasional dish washing is appreciated. We will prepare lunch or snacks, just need you to feed them. They are mostly potty trained. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, is vaccinated, is comfortable with pets, and who is CPR certified.
