Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Visalia (9 Month Old)

I (dad) work from home and need a nanny to take care of my daughter during my work hours. She's 9 months old, is intensely curious, very loving and happy, loves books, dancing and learning. Ideally I'm looking for someone that can care for her while I work, make her feel safe, and loved. The two struggles we have are that she doesn't want to eat out of a bottle (she prefers mom, which makes it hard) and she needs to be rocked to sleep. We really need someone to help us until summer when I get off work (I teach). Obviously since I work from home I can help out here or there throughout the day, but my job is pretty time consuming otherwise.
