About the job
We're a homeschooling family looking for a reliable and energetic part-time helper to assist with our 6yr old daughter, and up to 3 other kindergarten-aged children at our house, on Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00a - 5:00p. The main responsibilities include: 1. Assisting the kids with their homeschool work (mostly guidance and checking for completeness). 2. Leading playtime activities and ensuring the kids have fun while staying safe. 3. Overseeing lunchtime (lunches will already be prepared). 4. Organizing and guiding simple arts and crafts projects and games The ideal candidate would enjoy working with young children, have a creative mindset, and bring patience and enthusiasm to each day. Experience with early childhood education or homeschooling is a plus, but not required. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, we'd love to talk!
