Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Ventura

I'm returning to work at the end of February and am looking for childcare for my daughter, who will be 5 months old. My husband and I both work hybrid schedules, with some days in the office and others working from home. We are seeking someone to care for our daughter at our home and who is comfortable with us being around and occasionally spending time with her between meetings. We would describe ourselves as kind, outgoing, and inclusive. We live in a charming neighborhood that's great for walking, close to a park, and have a backyard. We also keep a tidy home.
