My spouse and I will be working from home and will need someone to take care of our newborn. He will need to be watched, given plenty of attention, will need stimulating activities, will need assistance with feeding, diapers changed throughout the day and light meal prep. We have a dog who lives mostly indoors and will also want attention and someone to play with. My spouse and I will be checking in during the day and will be available for any questions. It would also be preferred if our caregiver speaks fluent Spanish as we would like the baby to be spoken to in Spanish only by the caregiver.
