Were a gay couple (2 dads) looking for an LGBTQ-friendly nanny to watch our baby during the day. Wed love their help keeping baby engaged and working on milestones (rolling over, crawling, etc) throughout the day. One dad works from home and will be upstairs throughout the day. The other works in retail so has different days off each week (which is why the nanny schedule may slightly vary week to week). A bonus would be someone fluent in Spanish, as our adopted baby girl is Mexican and we want to keep her connected to her roots.
