Hello! First time parents here to a happy, curious, and extremely loving baby boy. We are seeking help during the day, as I (Mom), prepare to return to full-time work in April 2025. We are both medical professionals with 3d/12hr varying day/night shifts per week. Our parents will be assisting with childcare, allowing for more flexible coverage. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individual with experience eager to help create a loving environment for our little one.
