Nanny Needed For Our 5 Month Old Boy In Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys.

Hello, we are a couple working from home and are looking for a babysitter for our currently 5-month-old boy. We have a nice backyard and all the activities can happen either in the house or the yard. No need to drive him around in a stroller or car etc. and we are always there for questions. We do have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs, smoking, alcohol, etc. and since one of us works in the care field as well we are pretty quick to differentiate if someone takes the job seriously. Apologies for sounding a bit harsh, but it might save both of us time to find a match. Our kid is easy going, smiles a lot, loves the outdoors, touching trees, playing simple toys, being sung to. Open to whatever you can bring to the table. And last: He is currently 28" and 20lbs and can't walk yet, so you might need to be a bit on the stronger side. Thanks!
