Calm And Kind Care For 1 Yo: 24 Hrs/week For First Few Months Then Regular Date-night -- Long-term

Work-from-home professionals looking for a calm and kind experienced nanny for our young toddler who is sweet, expressive, and sensitive (dob 10/23). We're looking for someone with Montessori, RIE, and/or Reggio experience. This is a must. Our top priorities are peacefulness and safety. We aim to give our daughter a safe environment to grow and learn. Must be able to share how you keep toddlers safe day-to-day. Our preferred candidate has a peaceful and calm demeanor. The approach to learning and play should be joyful and patient. Required: CPR cert, references, light baby-related housekeeping, non-smoking, reliable transportation, comfortable w/ cat. First 4-6 months: 24 hours/5 days a week (day/times tbd). Regular date-night after when she transition to daycare. We want to make a meaningful connection and keep our nanny in her life.
