Looking For A Loving And Patient Nanny To Watch Our Rambunctious 10-Month-Old Full Time

Hello! We are looking for a loving nanny to watch our 10-month-old. I can't even lie, he's a handful, lol. Looking for someone with experience with infants around this age who have experience keeping fussy and restless babies engaged and happy throughout the day. Some light housework will be required as well (washing the baby bottles and doing the baby laundry). Both me and my husband work from home so we'll be around. He is very restless so he needs a caregiver who will be interacting with him and engaging with him. We have several age-appropriate toys and books to stimulate his mind, so you're encouraged to use them throughout the day. Also, he has pretty severe eczema which can cause him to be very fussy and irritable. However, if he's happy and having fun, the eczema doesn't bother him! We're looking for someone with a lot of patience and experience with fussy babies. This is not a situation where the baby will be sleeping most of the time and you can just watch TV and be on the phone most of the time. You'll have success if you come with lots of ideas for activities to do with him throughout the day.
