About the job
We are seeking a creative, fun, and caring caregiver for our 9-year-old son. We want someone interested in a long-term relationship with our family, who is open to learning about (PDA), a unique profile on the autism spectrum. All applicants are welcome, but a male caregiver would be a great fit, and if you are neurodivergent or have a dog, thats a bonus! Must have a drivers license, good communication skills, stable lifestyle, and the ability to cook simple meals. The role requires patience, flexibility, creativity, and physical ability to engage in active play. We have 8. 5 hours/week of funding approved. Initially, we need 2 days/week (4 hours each), ideally one weekend day and one evening. The role could grow to more hours, with potential for housing/travel with our family.
