My twins turned 1 in June-it's been quite a year! Looking for support through the end of 2024, possibly longer. I work from home, so I will be around the house. I will need the person to manage naps, eating, diapers, cleaning (of baby things only) and the flow of the day. I do love to stop in to see my babies! Meal preparation would be a wonderful added bonus, since we eat regular meals these days. They are leveling up in development-They will need help learning words, appropriate skills, and positive engagement. Would love to have someone who has experience in development/education/teaching (formal experience not required) in addition to someone who is creative with activities. Overall, a person who has a positive attitude, who is kind and fun. The twins are very silly and happy and like to have a good time:)
