Baby will be 5 months when Mom returns to work after maternity leave. Dad will be working from home and present in the home but on calls/working at his desk. Looking after baby for a few hours, a couple times a week, includes: diaper changes, help with bottle feedings (mom's breastmilk), putting down for naps and engaging baby in age appropriate activities like reading books and tummy time (little to no screen time).
