My partner works very regularly between 11 and 10:30, including drive time, with minimal variations in schedule. I work a flexible schedule that relies on my attendance, which typically sees me at work a lot. I also do independent gigs that typically happen on weekends, which can translate to additional hours with notice. The kids are pretty easy going, one is tough with listening and tends to be an influence on the other, but they're both very happy children and have easy patterns that they routinely follow on their own.
