Sick Child Care

Hi, My wife and I both work and we are looking for someone who would be able to babysit one or more of our kids if and when they are sick. Based on our schedule right now it's very difficult for us to take time off and we would like to reserve it for when one of our kids is really sick. Often times one of our kids might not necessarily be contagious but isn't well enough for school. We are flexible on what symptoms etc you would be open to watching. We have 4 kids , 1 yr old, 5, 8 and 10. All boys. Preferably I'd like to have a couple of people available as it would probably be a last minute or night before notification which I also realize isn't convenient. Ideally it would be from 7am-330 p.m. but even 8 or 9 to 330 p.m. would work. I know this is not the most appealing job nor a very reliable one, as it's contingent on someone being sick, but if anyone is interested I'm more than happy to discuss further. Pay would also be increased. Thanks !
