Part Time Nanny For 4yo Non-verbal Autistic Boy

Mom works outside the home 9-5:30, dad works from home 7am-4 p.m. and can provide guidance/assistance if needed. He loves to play with his Legos, coloring, jumping on his trampoline, and Bluey. He is autistic, and has limited communication. He mostly needs someone to hang out, keep him out of trouble and help with snacks/water. He is very curious, getting into things he should not. We are potty training, so we need someone comfortable both toileting and diapering. Previous experience with autistic children or an understanding of their challenges is ideal. We have one cat, 5yo female named Violet. She mostly keeps to herself and does not interact with He much. She is wary of strangers at first. She does have all of her claws.
