Nanny Needed For 1 Infant In Upland

Hi! I am looking for a nanny for my infant daughter before my husband and I return to work in the fall/winter from leave. Right now, my maternity might vary and the start date could be towards December but it might indeed be November 4 (pending recovery time). I currently WFH but travel and strictly work in my office space to concentrate on meetings and client work. I need someone who can take over for me when I start at 7 until early afternoon. It should be as if I'm away at the office, but my daughter is going to be okay with someone trustworthy. I am obviously available for emergencies/initial questions. My husband works outside of the home. We do have a dog, but I don't help as she'll be with me. Lastly, we are building her a routine and tracking her milestones. Experience and support in this area would be great!
