We're seeking a loving, attentive, and reliable nanny to care for our sweet 4-month-old baby. Responsibilities: - Provide safe, engaging care and age-appropriate activities - Feed, change, soothe, and help baby with naps - Monitor developmental milestones and adjust care accordingly - Light baby-related household tasks (bottle prep, baby laundry, tidying play areas) Requirements: - Fully vaccinated (including MMR, COVID, flu, Tdap) - Experience caring for infants - Gentle, patient, and proactive in communication - CPR/first aid certified (or willing to obtain) Preferred Qualifications: - Background or degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field - Knowledge of infant development milestones - Bilingual is a plus but not required
