Long Term Nanny For My 19 Month Old Daughter

We are looking for a long term nanny to work 2 days out of the week, with one 3 day week once a month. We need someone with a flexible schedule because my work hours vary from month to month. We are raising our daughter to be trilingual - we speak Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, and occasionally English. Additionally, we are a strict no screens household. Our daughter loves to sing songs, read books, draw, watch dogs play, and interact with kids. She is very active and likes to be helpful with tasks. Our daughter needs support with her nap times. The nanny has to be willing to do contact naps if she is having trouble sleeping in the crib. We have two small dogs, a shih-tzu poodle mix and a papillon chihuahua mix. The nanny will need to feed them dinner and walk them.
