About the job
We have 5 kids, two of them are here 50% of the time (the older two and they are in elementary school). The younger 3 boys are here full time. The 4-year-old is in Preschool 4 days a week, the 2-year-old and baby are home everyday with mom. Our baby has a compromised immune system at this point so we need someone who is mindful of cleanliness. The schedule of when we need help will fluctuate or we are unsure of a set schedule until we find our groove with a helper. Meal prepping dinner and cleaning the house, helping with groceries/ errands will be a must as well. Must have reliable car for picking up/ transporting kids. We have sports for the kids as well so different practices and activities too. It would be nice to have dinner prepped some nights so when dad comes home he is here to spend time with the kids not cook. Flexible!
