Babysitter Needed For My Kids

I'm looking for a great nanny for my children. I need someone who can help with drop-offs/pick-ups and or babysitting kiddos when I need to take others to appointments and school. also to help with kids while I manage the house and other tasks. Needs experience with feeding toddlers, and infants, knows CPR, and can handle emergencies if someone gets hurt and or chokes. Has experience managing multiple kids/babies simultaneously. Needs to take initiative and be a type A motivated person who sees something that needs to be done and does it, even without being asked. Someone who can follow directions and keep a routine. Someone who doesn't mind cleaning up after the kids and or helping teach kids to clean. Handles discipline and not afraid to put kids on timeout and to help them learn healthy ways to express their emotions.
