I leave in the morning with my 2 older ones by 7 a.m. My husband gets home from work by 1 p.m. My schedule is consistent, and I am off every Thursday, but my husband's off schedule varies. We just need someone to be with our kids for 3 days in a week, from 7am-1 p.m. The two children are usually asleep for most of those hours, so the focus will mainly be on the baby. If the two are awake, they should be alright with their tablet to keep them occupied. My daughter also likes snacking and climbing things.
