Need Help In The Evenings For Two School Aged Children.

I am looking for someone who can help me in the evenings with my children. They currently go to after school care, but would like someone to pick them up from there and bring them home and provide a light meal and assist them with their homework. I am home in the evenings as well and can assist, but I need to be able to tend to household chores and the animals.
