Ideal Candidate: -Experience with infant care, as well as elementary school-aged children -Down-to-earth, fun-loving, proactive, mature, calm, and engaging -Has exceptional communication and critical thinking skills -Can encourage independence and problem solving -Open to direct communication and feedback -Fluent in English and speaks Spanish (preferred) -TDAP vaccinated or open to getting it -Flexibility to adjust schedule, as needed (schedule to be determined) -Physically fit Key Responsibilities: -Caring for infant & assisting w/ older child -Assist with various tasks around the house such as laundry, prepping/preparing healthy meals and snacks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for play and rest Assist with various tasks and running errands
