Seeking A Nanny/Teacher For Home Learning Pod

I'm looking for a warm, experienced nanny or early childhood educator to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for my 3-year-old. Ideally, I'd love to find someone who is already teaching other young children and is open to forming a small learning pod, fostering social development and shared learning. My preference is to host the sessions at my home, but I'm open to other arrangements if it's a great fit. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, skilled in hands-on, child-led learning, and dedicated to nurturing creativity, independence, and curiosity. Experience with Montessori methods or similar play-based approaches is highly preferred.
