Full Day Nanny Needed 3 Days A Week For Infant In Torrance

We're looking for a nanny for our baby starting in January for 3 days a week (8:30am-4:30pm) - she'll be 6 months old by then. Ideally were looking for Wed-Fri or Mon-Wed to supplement grandparent care. I work from home throughout the week, and my husband works from home Mondays and Fridays so we need someone who feels comfortable with sharing space with us as our house changes throughout the week. The ideal candidate for our family is someone who has experience with infants and loves babies, can put structures in place but is flexible enough to know that babies need cuddles and routine, is reliable and warm, and is okay with a loud baby. Were looking for someone who can stay with us for a year. Please only apply if you have demonstrated experience with infants, can work 24 hrs/wk, can commit for a year, and is not a smoker. Thanks!
