My daughter has school starting at 8 a.m. on Mon , wed and Fridays . I share equal custody with my husband . I start work at 6 a.m. I need to drop her off with someone who is reliable 2 days a week mon-Friday. I switch days with my ex throughout the week so someone who is flexible to take her to school on school days or is able to watch her till noon on the days she doesnt have school. She gets along with other kids very well.
