Afternoon Sitter

I am looking for a sitter in the afternoons from 1-4/5 p.m. 1 of 2 kids (6 years) *Our boy twin has special needs and has a Therapist with him all day until 4 each day, so you would only need to sit for the girl twin from 1-4. Some days, I will need help until 5pm, so that last hour would be both kids. Light housekeeping is a must. Girl twin is self-sufficient and keeps to herself, so besides being available to her if needed, helping with dishes and laundry while here is somewhat expected.
