The job would entail taking excellent care of our infant baby girl who will be 4 months. The ideal candidate is someone who is kind, loving, great around children, and knows how to handle: bottle feedings, diaper changes, occasional baby crying, engaging with the baby during wake windows for sensory development, knowing how to put a baby down for naps and following a nap/wake window schedule. Extra points if the candidate speaks Spanish! This caregiver should have previous experience in taking care of infants specifically, and should also be comfortable with the parents of the child working from home with semi-frequent check ins during the day.
