Child Care For 19 Month Old

We are looking for childcare for our 19-month-old daughter. We would prefer a nanny who doesn't smoke, is comfortable with pets (we have an indoor/outdoor Golden Retriever) and who is CPR certified. My husband is a firefighter working 48 hour shifts every 4 days, so our schedule rotates. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, so those are the potential days we would need care. The time would be from 7:20 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We know the schedule months in advance and would like to work on a monthly or quarterly basis with someone to identify days they are available, with the rest of the care supplemented by our extended family. We would prefer the care to be in our home, and we do not require any additional housekeeping or responsibilities.
