Full-time Nanny, Active and Playful Web Job #: 10589 Job Date: 8/1/2025 Location: Carlisle, Massachusetts. Schedule: The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Children: Two 1-year-old children. Duties: The Nanny will be responsible for caring for a 1-year-old boy full-time and his 1-year-old cousin part-time. Nanny will spend half the day with both children and the other half of the day with one child only. Other responsibilities include driving children and preparing nutritious, age-appropriate meals that support the children's health and well-being. Candidate will also be responsible for light housekeeping tasks related to the children, such as tidying play areas, organizing toys, and maintaining cleanliness in the children's living spaces, laundry for the family and pet care including feeding and walking for dog. Requirements: This position centers on providing high-quality, attentive childcare in a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment. The ideal caregiver will engage the child in playful, creative, and age-appropriate activities that encourage emotional, social, and cognitive development, while always allowing room for silliness, imagination, and joyful exploration. It's essential that the caregiver embraces a child-led approach, recognizing the importance of letting a child simply be a child. Above all, the right person for this role will be fun-loving, flexible, and genuinely enjoy getting on a child's level. A strong sense of empathy, patience, and consistency is also key to fostering a positive and secure atmosphere. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for use during work hours. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations including COVID, annual flu shots, Tdap and MMR.
