Mothers Helper/Childcare Helper Needed

Hi there! I am looking for a part-time mothers Helper or Nanny Helper. I have an 3-year-old and an 1-year-old and really need an extra pair of hands to help me. My schedule is flexible and hours may vary by week. Ideally afternoons or early evenings. I'm looking for someone who: * Is passionate about early childhood development and has experience entertaining toddlers in a way that supports their growth (fun activities, crafts, etc) * Can perform some housekeeping as needed: folding laundry, dishwasher loading, some tidying up kitchen/living room, some vacuuming/cleaning kitchen floor, etc. as needed. Bonus: * Can help with meal prepping, as needed * is comfortable with pets (I have one small dog) * Also speaks Spanish * Has great organization skills Would love to explore a fit.
