Are you passionate about Montessori-inspired childcare and nurturing a little one's independence? We're a multicultural family (Mexican/American & Korean) seeking a warm, energetic nanny for our 9-month-old son: - 9 months old, born 8 weeks early Developmentally catching up, no special needs - Recently started crawling and now has 2 teeth! - We are a no screen family (except for video calls with family) What we're looking for: - Experience with Montessori methods - Spanish speaking preferred - Comfortable using sign language - Comfortable with small dog, - Engage in developmental activities that are baby lead to foster independence - Ensure regular outdoor time - General toy cleanup, meal clean up and some baby laundry
