Full Time Caregiver Needed For Two Boys.

We are looking for a full time babysitter/nanny to help with our boys. For the ideal candidate we'd also be open to having this be a live in nanny. Our eldest (M ) goes to school; he's in transitional kindergarten and our youngest (E ) is home all day. Once he is fully potty trained he will be attending preschool. Mom works full time from home and dad works variable hours and his schedule changes every few months. We want our children to be trilingual in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. The ideal candidate would be fluent in at least two of these. M is fluent in all three and E is fluent in English and understands Spanish and Mandarin. M loves to sing, engage in imaginary play, read books, and do arts n craft activities. E is more physically active; prefers to go on the playground, go on the bike, and play outside. M is very independent, but he needs some support with playing cooperatively with his younger brother. He does need support with eating his meals without getting distracted by imaginary play, his toys, or talking. E is potty training and keeping his hands to himself when it comes to his older brother. Both boys play well on their own when separated. The ideal caregiver will be active with the boys when playing 1:1 and also able to facilitate play with them. They will be prepared on a daily basis with a schedule that incorporates activities that are both physically and mentally stimulating for each of our boys. We limit screentime for our boys and prefer that they find other ways to spend their leisure time. Our home has easy parking, we are close to a bus stop less than 5 minute walk We have two fish in our household that the boys like to feed themselves. Their grandparents have a dog, which you may occasionally interact with when we visit them; it's a Jack Russel terrier mix - small about 20 pounds.
