Nanny/Mother's Helper Needed!

Hi! I am looking for a nanny/mother's helper for my family! We have three beautiful girls that are 6, 4 and almost 2! All 3 of them go to school, so we are looking for a nanny that can work mornings and evenings. Morning are usually 6:45-7 until around 9-10, helping get kids ready, take 1 of them maybe 2 to school and help clean up around the house so its tidy for the day! Then evenings are usually 4:30-8 with the ability to be flexible if one day we need earlier or later since our work schedules change so much! Usually we will have you help with picking up 1 of the kids or just coming to the house and helping with evening routine and/or some basic cleaning like after dinner, putting toys away and making lunches for the new day! So basically a mothers helper to help with all the things that we would be doing!
